All product returns must be unopened and in original sealed packaging for a credit/refund or exchange to be issued. In your return package, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).

You may cancel any order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled.
When will my order ship?
Please select your shipping method from the menu. Orders received after 5pm will be packaged and shipped on the next business day. Please note that regular shipping may take up to 5 business days for delivery. Thank you for your support!

We ship to Canada, Australia, Belgium, Norway, Japan, Sweden, Germany, France, and the UK. If your country is not listed, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss a solution! Please note: All extra fees (including but not limited to applicable customs, taxes, and duties) are your responsibility. We do not falsify forms.
